Description

Hameral FVG is built to highlight the gaps that actually matter (not just small gaps) by letting you filter imbalances using volume confirmation, ATR-based momentum, and even a custom trading time window.

It detects bullish and bearish Fair Value Gaps using a clean 3-bar structure, draws the zone forward for a configurable horizon, and optionally plots the Consequent Encroachment (CE) midline so you can see the 50% level instantly.

You also get precise control over how a zone is considered filled:

  • On Price Touch (as soon as price hits the edge)
  • On Price Close (only after a close through the level)

Once filled, zones can auto-hide for a clean chart, or optionally remain marked as filled at lower opacity.

Features & Setups

FVG Zone Detection (Bullish & Bearish)

  • Automatically identifies bullish (undervalued) and bearish (overvalued) FVG zones
  • Min Gap Points: set the minimum zone size required
  • Trend Bar Alignment (optional): bullish gaps require a green bar, bearish gaps require a red bar

Multi-Timeframe Detection (MTF)

  • Detect FVG zones from a higher timeframe while trading a lower timeframe chart
  • Example: detect 5m/15m gaps while executing on 1m

    Quality Filters (Reduce Noise)

    • Volume Filter: auto (above SMA average) or manual threshold
    • Momentum Filter: ATR-based impulse strength filter

    Fill Tracking

    • Fill Logic: On Price Touch or On Price Close
    • Hide Zones On Fill: remove filled zones automatically for a clean chart
    • Or keep filled zones visible as historical zones with separate opacity

    CE Midline (Consequent Encroachment)
