Which platform are Hameral tools built for?
Hameral indicators and tools are built for NinjaTrader 8. Check the documentation for each tool’s supported platform version, chart setup and data requirements.
Can I try the PRO tools before buying?
Yes. A 14-day free trial is available for Order Flow PRO Pack and Trader Toolkit. Choose your pack, then select “Free Trial (14 Days)” on its product page. Choose a trial.
What is the difference between the two paid packs?
Order Flow PRO focuses on volume, delta, footprint and price-context analysis. Trader Toolkit focuses on risk visibility, positions and chart workflow. They are purchased separately. Individual tool pages show which pack, if any, includes the tool.
Do I need a subscription or additional market data?
Paid Hameral lifetime licenses use a one-time purchase. Market data is separate: the required data feed, historical tick data, Tick Replay or Level 2 settings depend on the indicator and feature. Check the relevant technical documentation before choosing your setup.
Where do I find my downloads and installation guide?
Sign in to My Account → Downloads to access purchased files. Follow the installation and update guide for the correct steps.
Where can I check licensing and purchase terms?
Review the license options on the product page and the terms and conditions before ordering. For machine changes, additional computers or an activation question, contact support.
